Feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from yourself?
Sometimes life becomes so noisy that we lose sight of ourselves.
You might know something needs to change, but you're not quite sure where to begin.
That's exactly why I created How Am I Feeling Today? and why I want to share the power of journaling with you.
After a traumatic time in my own life, I discovered that putting pen to paper helped me slow down, make sense of my thoughts, and reconnect with myself. What started as a way of coping became a daily practice that completely changed how I understand myself.
Journaling isn't about writing pages and pages or finding the perfect words. It's simply about creating a quiet space to notice what's happening within you.
If you're ready to understand yourself a little more deeply and take one gentle step forward, you're in exactly the right place.

A little about me...
For many years, I struggled with depression, anxiety and grief. Like so many women, I believed my circumstances had to change before I could feel better. I didn't realise that the biggest change needed to happen within me.
Personal development helped me understand myself in a completely different way, but it was after losing my mum in 2018 that I discovered the real gift of journaling.
Finding her diary inspired me to begin writing my own. What started as a way to cope with grief gradually became a daily practice that helped me understand my thoughts, process my emotions and reconnect with myself.
Over time, that journey led me to create How Am I Feeling Today? and to help other women find more clarity, confidence and connection through journaling, personal development and gentle mindset coaching.
